2. March Crab Feed- So, do we want to start a new tradition and do something other than a crab and shrimp feed in March |
|
|
a) Crab Feed Same Price? Jack wants to order tickets so that we can get started selling in January. |
|
|
|
|
There is a lot of competition for selling crab feed tickets after the first of the year. |
|
|
|
|
We are checking with CSD to see it pavilion is available for March 3 for a cheaper venue |
|
|
|
|
Lion Lorene is still checking on dates with CSD for options for Carnitas Dinner (March 17/18th & Oct 28th |
|
|
|
3. Caritas Dinner – If we are going to do one, lets plan it now and get a date: |
|
|
|
|
4. We still need a 3rd VP. We are still looking for a VP |
|
|
|
|
|
|
5. Lion Taka: Needs to seek pre-approval for the 3 Eagle Scout plaques at $17.50 each. |
|
|
|
|
Plaques will ONLY be made when the scout notify us of their court of honor date. APPROVED by board |
|
|
|
6. Request from Jenn Leon, on behalf of Musical Mayhem Production for running a Bar. They are going to have wrist bands for adults. |
|
|

7. It has come to the attention of the board the Lupe and Family was only paid $180 not the normal fee of $250 for crab feed dishes. |
|
|
The board decided to pay Lupe additional $80 plus a $100 Christmas gift to Lupe and Family APPROVED by board |

8. Elk Grove Chamber of Commerce dues have not been paid. We will be paying them. APPROVED by board |
