For several years the Elk Grove Lions Club has partnered with the Elk Grove Regional Scholarship Foundation to provide scholarships to graduating seniors at our local high schools.

Although we started with individual scholarships in the name of some of our beloved Lions, we have had to combine them to adequately fund them with the increasing cost of higher education.

We currently have two scholarships that are endowed to provide two scholarships in the amount of $1500. Each year we add funds to those scholarships so that as of 2025/26 they are both $2,000.

We fund these scholarships with the income from our fundraisers such as the Big Day of Giving.

To apply, your applications must be submitted to the Elk Grove Regional Scholarship Foundation by January 26 for next year’s round of scholarships.
