The annual Strauss Festival, the main event every year in Elk Grove, is held on the last weekend in July. This year it is from July 27 to July 30.

As usual, the Elk Grove Lions Club will provide parking control for the festival.

Every year the Elk Grove Optimist Club with support from the Lions, Soroptimists, Rotary, Kiwanis and other community clubs and organizations, host the Kohl’s child spree at the Kohl’s on Elk Grove Blvd at Bruceville.

We will also have the Sight Van there to give eye exams to the kids.
