Come out and celebrate the Parade of Lights with the Elk Grove Lions Club. We will be co-hosting the Parade of Lights with the City of Elk Grove and Sutter Health as a part of Elk Grove’s Illumination Holiday Festival. The parade participants will line up on Laguna Springs Drive at Lotz Parkway. Parade will start on Laguna Springs Drive and travel north to Civic Center Drive, left on Civic Center Drive to its completion around District 56.
We plan to be at the front of the parade carrying the banner that you see at the top of this page. Close behind us will be the special guests of honor, John & Betty Hall, our 2022 Elk Grove Citizens of the Year.
In fact, you should plan to come out to spend the afternoon at District 56 and then enjoy the parade and the lighting of the tree. The perfect time and location for you and your family to enjoy some of what makes Elk Grove a great place to live.
Celebrate the holiday with families, friends and neighbors at the 3rd annual Illumination Holiday Festival. This year’s event has been expanded to include a variety of free activities for the entire family! Shop for special gifts in the Vendor Village, enjoy some holiday delicacies, celebrate traditions from around the globe, strap on some skates and glide on an ice rink, check out the holiday bounce houses, find some amazing photo opportunities, get your game on with our holiday carnival booths, meet the one and only Mr. Clause and cap your night off with a photo in front of the City’s Ribbon Tree at 8230 Civic Center Drive, Elk Grove, CA, 95757.
